Cancellation Policy
If appointments are rescheduled and not just canceled, the cancelation fee will be applied to the future service once completed. In the event of a cancelation within 24 hours of service and service is not rescheduled, 50% of the service fee will be charged. No call, no shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. Two no call, no shows will result in a booking ban.
